Operations Associate - Collections and Billing

Qualification- Graduate with at least 2-3 years’ experience in the same or relevant areas listed below

Location - Muscat, Oman
Soft Skills Required
• The person needs to be structured and well organized
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Should be good with excel and number crunching
• Needs to have an analytical and reasoning mind to address operational matters sensibly
• Multitasking and good time management skills
• Should have good communication skills as he/ she will be interacting very closely with the top management of the department
Key area of work would include the following:
• Monitoring of Debtor and WIP balances to ensure timely billing and collection
• Follow up on pending time cards to ensure timely closure
• Prepare Blue Sky reports to support various analysis related to business development and new initiatives
• Work with UAE Operations on an Analytical Review every month - explaining reasons for variance of key KPIs versus budget
• Working with UAE Operations team on the monthly reporting presentation to Lower Gulf Audit Team
• Should be able to support the UAE operations team to obtain information from Oman office on any markets / risk / MESA queries / requirements related to business planning, business development and budgeting
• Support the HOD in Oman with Client Portfolios / EQCRs distribution along with allocation assistance for P&D portfolios / EQCRs in Oman.
• Support in the allocation of new business opportunities within Oman and keeping the record of the opportunity allocation
• Assist in preparation of P&D KPIs on a periodic basis
• Need to play a key role in the budgeting exercise and also the reforecast required to be done at quarterly intervals - Revenue, Cost, Opex and Gross Margin
• Routine follow ups such as - Hard Limit jobs, Payout Provisions, Watch list
